Prototype Manufacturing and Machining Services in China

Designing a new product and then jumping straight to production without first making a prototype to test is like playing Russian Roulette with 5 bullets in the chamber.  

Imagine importing hundreds or thousands of a product that didn't work right, just because the product hadn't been prototyped and tested. It wouldn't be your best day.

Manufacturers produce product based on the prints or samples provided. Factories are not responsible for defective product if the prints or sample are not representative of the final product you want.

The only way to know if your product functions properly is to produce a prototype and then test it.  Having a good prototype made is also needed for market research so you have something tangible to show your customers.

When you're ready to go into production and have large quantities of your product made, the manufacturer will need prints showing all dimensions and specs of the product, and/or a complete sample. We can provide you with both.

Our sources in China can create the computer generated prints a manufacture will need as well as making a prototype for you. Not all products required prints. If a product is simple enough and there are no stringent tolerance requirements, a prototype alone may be enough.

We can provide prototypes made of metal, plastic, wood, rubber, and other materials. Our manufacturers have CNC machining centers and lathes, rapid prototyping machines, and other types of modern equipment.

If you want both prints and a prototype(s) made, we would begin the process by getting as much information from you as possible. If you have a sample or some parts that are similar to/or a part of your product, this will help. The factory would then create prints for you to approve. After approval of the prints, they would make the prototype.
