Please read the following before contacting us for a quote:

1. We work with most products made from metal, plastic, wood, stone, ceramic, glass, nylon or leather. We do not work with clothing, textiles, chemicals or jewelry.

2. We must have a print and/or sample part of your product to proceed with a factory search; we do not accept hand sketches. Special packaging requirements or other details must also be included. For common product/commodity items that might already be manufactured in China a clear picture may suffice. We cannot guarantee the return of any samples or drawings once they are sent to China. There is a charge for the shipping costs to send samples to China; see below for rates.

3. The minimum order value we may accept is $10,000.00. Some factories in China will have higher minimums, depending on the product.

4. We need to know the purchase quantities per item and the largest city closest to you (i.e. Los Angeles) so we can provide a quote with the freight paid to the port of entry closest to you.

5. 1st time production products should be prototyped and tested before you contact us.

6. We do not publish a catalog that shows the products and factories that we have worked with. All information that is available in writing of our services is here on the website.

7. Upon request we sign non-disclosure agreements where we agree not to divulge information of your products to other parties not involved in the  manufacturing process. We do not provide non-disclosure agreements; you will need to draw one up or have an attorney create one.

8. If you're sending us a sample, payment is required for the cost to ship it from our office in Colorado Springs to China. We use Fedex's standard (economy) service to ship to China; their average delivery time to China is 4 days. Please enclose a check made out to Global Trade Specialists, Inc. with your sample for the appropriate shipping cost. Samples received without payment will not be sent until payment is received.

For weights not shown here or for oversized items please request a quote.
Round up to the next weight for fractions of a pound. Please note that the rates are per package; if you're sending us two 10 pound packages then payment is needed for the 10 pound package rate times two ($135.00 x 2 = $270.00), not the cost for one 20 pound package.

All rates below reflect a discount off of Fedex's published rates.

2. Send an email with information on your product line. We welcome any Autocad drawings and/or pictures sent by email. Please include phone and fax numbers with your email. No emails larger than 2.5 megabytes, please.

3. Call us at 719-264-5007, or send a fax to 719-573-6829. If you're faxing a print please enlarge it so that all numbers can be read. Small numbers aren't legible when faxed so if you don't have the prints electronically, mailing them is a better option.
