Please note the following:

1. For custom or new products, we need a print and/or sample  to proceed with a factory search. Special packaging requirements or other details should also be included.  We cannot guarantee the return of any samples or drawings once they are sent to China.

2. We need to know the purchase quantities per item and the largest city closest to you (i.e. Los Angeles) so we can provide a quote with the freight paid to the nearest port of entry.

3. Upon request, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement where we agree not to divulge information of your products to other parties not involved in the manufacturing process.

4. If you're sending us a sample weighing less than 10 pounds, we will pay the cost to ship it from our office to China. We use USPS's Global Express Mail service, which averages 7 days for delivery time.
For samples weighing 10 pounds and over, there is a charge to ship it from our office to China. Please email us with your product's weight and dimensions and we will provide you with the shipment cost. As a cost saving alternative, we may ask you to ship your sample direct to China.

5. By default, we sign up all persons who contact us to receive our monthly email newsletter. If you do not wish to receive the newsletter, please note this in your inquiry. (A statement such as "newsletter no" is okay.)


We reserve the right to refuse any project that we consider controversial or immoral, for example, a product that would be used with a mind altering substance.
