China Manufacturer - Castings

Today China has hundreds of foundries producing castings; over the years we've supplied a variety of different castings to our customers. In addition to offering low costs per casting, the mold, tooling and pattern costs can be 50-90% lower than domestic costs.  The cost savings of just the molds alone can save tens of thousands of dollars.

We work with a number of different processes, including die castings, sand castings, investment castings, forgings and stampings. Parts from most materials are available, including aluminum, grey and ductile irons, steel, zinc, brass, bronze, tin and copper alloys.

We know that consistent quality is your concern. In addition to the factory's QC processes our people in China spot check the shipments for dimensional and material defects. We also offer optional 3rd party independent inspections.

We can quote any secondary options needed, including drilling, tapping, machining and grinding, as well as any finishing such as nickel or chrome plating, anodizing, black oxide, paint or other types of finishes.
